Business English Coaches (BEC) is a trading division of The Online Marketing Company, UK company registration number 08823429 . These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and online platform.

By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

 

  1. Services

BEC offers online Business English coaching via Zoom. Our services include:

  • Standard Business English Coaching (50 minutes per session)
  • Professional Business English Coaching (50 minutes per session)
  • Advanced Business English Coaching (90 minutes per session)
  • Job Interview Coaching (75 minutes per session)

Sessions are conducted online, combining visual, oral, and written instruction.

 

  1. Payment and Booking
  • Payments are processed securely via using 3rd party transactional software
  • Students can book their own Sessions on the Tutors Google Calendar following successful payment.
  • Prices for sessions are displayed on the website and may be subject to promotional offers.

 

  1. Refunds and Cancellations
  • You may cancel or reschedule sessions with at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time.
  • Refunds for payments are subject to the UK 14-day cooling-off period.
  • Important: The cooling-off period is null and void if any session is completed within the 14-day period.

 

  1. Age Restriction

All students must be at least 18 years old to book and participate in our sessions.

 

  1. Tutor Liability and Disclaimers
  • BEC provides coaching to help improve English for business and interview purposes.
  • We do not guarantee outcomes, such as passing exams, securing a job, or achieving a specific proficiency.
  • All sessions are delivered online on Zoom (visual, oral, and written).
  • Disclaimer: We do not recommend our courses or sessions for individuals with dyslexia or related learning difficulties, as these may not be suitable for fully online instruction.

 

  1. Intellectual Property
  • All course materials, content, and resources are the property of BEC unless otherwise stated.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or share our content without written permission.

 

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.

 

  1. Amendments

BEC may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Significant changes may be communicated via email.
