Welcome to the BEC Booking Guide — your step-by-step guide to booking your Business English Coaching sessions with ease.
Follow the simple steps below to choose your package, complete your payment, and start your personalised learning journey.
The BEC Booking Guide
Choose your BEC Business English Coaching package.
Select from our Standard, Professional, Advanced Business English Coaching, or Job Interview Coaching programmes.
You can choose from Single Session, 3-Session, or 5-Session packages to suit your schedule and level of commitment.
Click the Add to Cart button under the option you prefer
Complete your payment for your selected BEC Business English Coaching package.
Flexible Payment Option: You can also spread the cost using Klarna, allowing you to pay in instalments that suit your budget.
Add in any discounts codes for promotions that we may have running
Once your payment is completed, you will immediately receive a purchase receipt email.
This will include your private booking link to schedule your BEC Business English Coaching sessions at your convenience.
If you don’t see the email in your inbox within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Click the link provided in your purchase confirmation email. This private link is for prepaid sessions only.
Choose an available date and time slot for your first lesson. The calendar is always up-to-date and reflects the tutor's real-time availability.
Immediately repeat the process for all remaining lessons in your package (e.g., Lessons 2, 3, 4, etc.). The BEC system will hold the slots for you pending final confirmation.
You will receive an initial email confirming your request has been received.
Your session is NOT yet confirmed.
The tutor will check your package balance and manually approve each session booking.
This final confirmation email for each session will be sent to you by the Tutor within 24 hours of you booking the session together with the zoom link
Only after receiving the final confirmation email is your lesson officially locked in. You can now add the confirmed date and time to your personal calendar
